I don't know about other pare...This is awesome. I don't know about other parents but I have definitely felt this same way about kids and chores and life. I really like how you call it "the plan," it sounds just like what my husband and i would call it. :) and I'm totally with you on the sometimes needing things fixed and sometimes needing him to just listen.
